TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
As a coach, I am deeply committed to helping you create and achieve your vision for your life, emotionally, physically, professionally, and/or spiritually. Together we will explore the most powerful way of achieving what you want from our coaching experience. A clear understanding of how we will work together is important. Therefore, the following information and agreement are to clarify our relationship and mutual expectations:
AS YOUR COACH, I AGREE TO:
Show up 100% during our scheduled sessions together.
Be a partner with you in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you.
Provide a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment in order to help you expand your view of what is possible.
Give you honest input and feedback, without giving advice.
Keep all contacts, information, and records entirely confidential.
General information may be shared with other coaches for training and feedback purposes only. However, all client information, along with any other identifying information, will always remain confidential.
AS MY CLIENT, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO:
Take responsibility for your well-being before, during, and after our coaching calls.
You are responsible for any and all choices and decisions you make. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes, resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
Coaching is not a replacement for psychotherapy and counseling, nor is it advice-giving. Professional referrals will be given if needed.
Our work together is cumulative. The best results come with consistency and follow-through, with your commitment to the work.
If you feel you are not ready to continue, you will be honest and open.
WE BOTH UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Full payment will be due for no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules with less than 24-hour notice.
Sessions that are canceled with a minimum of 24-hour notice will be rescheduled at the end of the package.
Payment is due BEFORE sessions are scheduled and are made via Credit Card.
The duration of the 10 sessions will be held over a period Not to Exceed 8-months. If at any point the Client chooses to stop the sessions, the remaining sessions must be resumed prior to the end of the 8-months duration. Otherwise, the Client will understand that the remaining sessions will be forfeited once the 8-month period has been reached.
We may choose to discontinue coaching at any time. Please refer to the ‘Cancelation Policy’ below.
All coaching sessions are conducted Online in Audio form only, via ZOOM. Both of us will connect on time for each session, via the Link sent with the Final Schedule of appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: Seven days from payment date.
50% Refund: Cancellations after the 2nd session.
Zero Refund: Cancellations after the 3rd session.
